On September 22 we had our back to school BBQ.  It was a perfect sunny September day and we had an amazing turnout.  The BBQ was held in the back of the school from 4:30 to 6:30.  Hot dogs and hamburgers were cooked up by the PAC executive and parent volunteers.  Tickets to the BBQ were only $5.00 that included a hot dog or hamburgers and a drink.  All the proceeds go towards our PAC fundraising efforts.  There was such a great turnout we had to make a few runs to pick up more food for everyone.  Laura and the PAC executive were on hand to ensure all parents were aware of our need for volunteers.  Laura maned the PAC table, and even handed out candy.  After the BBQ there was a meet the teachers in the gym followed by a move to the individual classrooms so parents could meet their child’s teachers.
