We are pleased to offer lunches four days a week starting September 26, 2023. Hot lunch continues to be an important source of fundraising for all the great things we want to do as a PAC / parent community.

New families:
- Go to https://munchalunch.com/schools/VanHorne
- After registering your child or children , click the green “Order Lunch” button to order
- Next time, just click the “Login Here” button to access your account.
- Once your order is completed you will receive a confirmation email and a reminder email each week. ** if you do not receive a confirmation email with your order, then go back and repeat step 3.
Returning families:
Returning parents can go directly to the login page: https://munchalunch.com/login
Please update your child’s classroom division.
Order details:
You have the option of ordering for the term, for the month or on a weekly basis. We would encourage you to order for the term as this is the easiest for both you and the PAC to manage.
Order deadline for every week is the Wednesday, 11:59 p.m. of the week before.

handhelds and pastas from Boston Pizza
Apple juice, Milk2Go 2% milk and chocolate milk are offered each hot lunch day.
Payments:
Payment by e-transfer only. Please send prompt payment after placing your oder to payments@vanhornepac.com.
Please include your order confirmation number.
Volunteering:
Please come help with hot lunch! Our hot lunch program is only possible because of our parent volunteers.

FAQ
Q: I need help with my order. Who can I contact?
A: Please email hotlunch@vanhornepac.com with any questions.
Q: Can I cancel or change my child’s lunch order?
A: You can change or cancel orders up until the order deadline (Wednesday, 11:59 p.m. of the week before). If you have already paid and cancel an order, a credit will be applied to your Munchalunch account.
Q: My child is sick. Can I pick up their lunch?
A: Yes. Please email hotlunch@vanhornepac.com by 10am to let us know. Otherwise, the lunch will be given out to someone who needs one.
Q: Can teachers order their lunch through this system?
A: Yes!
