Welcome to Van Horne PAC’s Hot Lunch Program!

How to register:

  1. Go to the Munchalunch site.
  2. After registering your child or children , click the green “Order Lunch” button to order
  3. Next time, just click the “Login Here” button to access your account.
  4. Once your order is completed your will receive a confirmation email and a reminder email each week.  ** if you do not receive a confirmation email with your order, then go back and repeat step 3.

Returning families:

Please logon to your account and ensure you update your child(s) classroom division.

Order details:

You have the option of ordering for the term, for the month or on a weekly basis.  We would encourage you to order for the term as this is the easiest for both you and the PAC to manage.

Order deadline for the first week of school in 2018 is Wednesday, January 3rd at 11:59 p.m.

Order deadline for every week thereafter is Wednesday, 11:59 p.m. of the week before. What this means is that if you are ordering weekly, you must order lunch for Tuesday, November 14 AND Thursday, November 16, by Wednesday, November 8, at 11:59 p.m.

We encourage you to order for the term, as this is easier for both you and the PAC to manage.

Payment Details:

Please pay by cheque (Payable to “Van Horne PAC”) and drop off in the PAC box located in front of the school office.  Please always include your confirmation order number, as well as your child’s name and division number, to ensure payments are processed properly.

EXCITING UPDATE! If you’d like to pay online, you can now send an e-transfer through online banking to payments@vanhornepac.com. Please always include your order confirmation number, as well as your child’s name and division. For the security question, please make the security answer the last name of our school principal, all in lower case (so, answer is morgan).
