PAC MEETNG & NIGHT OUT!
Tuesday, Nov. 28th @ 6:30pmOur next PAC meeting will be held in the library from 630-745pm on Tuesday, November 28th. Review the agenda or get informed about the Book Fund motion and Outdoor Garden proposal (if you can’t make the meeting, email your questions/concerns/comments to chair@vanhornepac.com). Directly after the meeting, there’s a fun evening out at the Main (4210 Main St) from 8pm-late. Everyone welcome! Dad participation encouraged!

Friday, Dec. 8th after schoolStarting at 3pm on Friday, December 8th, pick up your Gift Cards and join us after school for fresh popcorn and hot chocolate [$1 each].

HOLIDAY BREAKFAST & FOOD BANK FUNDRAISER
Tuesday, Dec 19th @ 7:30amPancakes & Fresh Baked Bagels: Come enjoy a coffee (or a juice), pancakes or a fresh hot bagel for a toonie ($2)! Additional donations welcome and all net proceeds to benefit the Foodbank. To make the biggest difference, we are making this a cash NOT cans event. Did you know that the Foodbank gets $3.00 worth of food for every $1.00 donated?For more information on the benefits, check out this Province article on why canned food drives are low return. You are encouraged to bring along your own plates / cutlery / mug, as well as any additional spare change from your pockets and purses!

2018 HOT LUNCH ORDERS
Starting Tuesday, Jan. 9thGet your Tuesday and Thursday hot lunch orders in for the New Year! Munchalunch.com will open from December 21st – you must order by Wed, January 3rd to get your lunch orders on the first week back in 2018. You can order your kids’ lunches right up until March break!First week lunch order payments due on January 10, 2018.
